The San Angelo State Supported Living Center is an intermediate care facility and residence for approximately 138 individuals who are diagnosed as Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled. San Angelo SSLC serves 38 surrounding counties and has 950 full time positions.
The Volunteer Services Council (VSC) of San Angelo SSLC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to enrich the lives of the people we serve. This is accomplished through fundraising and community partnerships to provide additional goods, services, and enhancements of programs not available through traditional State and Federal funding. The focus is on the best quality of life for each man and woman who call San Angelo SSLC home.
